In a world with increasingly difficult security issues to manage, it is easy to stop. Most choose to go with the flow. The true engine of progress belongs to the bold, the innovators, those who think differently, who believe in the power of their ideas. Often, the most brilliant ideas are right under our eyes. We just need to see them.
Forte Secur Group is a leading company in services, technology, consulting, and training that decided to invest in progress and innovation in the security world. It was founded in Italy in 2004 by Salvatore Forte, a retired Carabinieri Colonel and currently the Security Manager for airline companies and corporate businesses. Alongside him in the management team are his wife Francesca Macina, and his children Alessia and Andrea, as well as a strong managerial team and hundreds of field collaborators.

Italy, Europe and Middle East

Leading the development of the safety/security sector abroad

Since 2022, we have started the internationalization process.

The Middle East is the first non-European market where we offer consulting, training, and advanced security technology. Since 2020, the company has had a representative office in Dubai. In 2024, we announced a strategic partnership agreement with ICON Training Co, a company of the Salem Balhamer Holding Group. The partnership aims to strengthen the security sector in airports, ports, and maritime fields in Saudi Arabia.
In July 2020, as founding members, we created Air Tech Italy (ATI), the only trade association sponsored by ENAC representing Italian companies specializing in providing products, technologies, and services for airports and air traffic control. ATI is the first hub dedicated to excellent Italian companies, a reference point for international clients and foreign airport operators.
